House Information
The house is let on a self-catering basis. The house has 3 double en-suite rooms, with additional accommodation in the balcony room.
• One master bedroom with double Lamu bed and en-suite shower and bath
• One twin bedroom with 2 single Lamu beds next to each other with en-suite shower
• One double bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite shower
• Balcony room adjoins master and twin bedrooms. Can sleep 2 on camp beds
• All bedrooms have mosquito nets and fans.
House can comfortably accommodate 8.
Fish dishes are a speciality with fresh fish and seafood readily available from the local fishermen who deliver to the house if requested. The gardens, house and pool are maintained by Stanley.
In addition to two small supermarkets, Kilifi now has a large, well stocked Tuskey's which opened just before christmas '10. There are chemists, banks and an excellent market where you can buy fresh fruit and veg.
We have a night time askari who lives on site and alarm buttons connected directly to our security provider KK in Kilifi.
The house has TV and DVD player with DSTV available on request.
The house has an automatic battery backup system that can provide 4-6 hours of power in the event of a power cut.
The house has a comprehensive security system.
Rental rates
Self-Catering - with "house staff" excluding cook.
Rates 20,000 ksh per night for 6 persons, better rates for rentals over 7 nights
The rental rate includes, gas, electricity, water, linen, towels, (not beach towels) cleaning and washing/ironing.
