Rental Information
The house is let on a self-catering basis and is fully staffed. The house has 3 double en-suite rooms, with additional accommodation in the balcony room, which is an adjoining room between 2 of the bedrooms. Accommodation is for 8.
• One master bedroom with double Lamu bed and en-suite shower and bath
• One twin bedroom with 2 single Lamu beds next to each other with en-suite shower
• One double bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite shower
• All bedrooms have mosquito nets and fans.
Our cook, Charles, lives on-site and is an excellent cook and can prepare a variety of dishes, both African and European. Fish dishes are a speciality with fresh fish and seafood readily available from the local fishermen who deliver to the house if requested - Charles can organise this for you. Charles can also make fresh bread for you daily. Stanley and Festus maintain the house, garden and pool.
Kilifi has two small supermarkets, chemists, banks and an excellent market where you can buy fresh fruit and veg. For the big weekly shop there is a large Nakumatt supermarket in Nyali, Mombasa.
The rental rate includes, gas, electricity, water, linen, towels, (not beach towels) cleaning and laundry.
Available on request is satellite TV (Dstv), which has a good range of channels including Cartoon Network for kids. DVD player available. The house has mains water and electricity.
